A connected workflow

Four steps. One clear record.

Testing is the start. MCS Environmental also helps keep planning, follow-up and supporting records together.

  1. 01

    Plan

Define sampling points, methods, frequencies and limits. Make clear what needs to be sampled.

  2. 02

    Measure

Collect ATP results and record or import microbiological findings. Keep methods and units identifiable.

  3. 03

    Follow up

Investigate deviations, record corrective actions and link a retest to the original result.

  4. 04

    Document

Review the follow-up and use result history and reporting to support your quality records.

Results in context

More than a result. The record behind it.

View the date, sampling point, method and applicable limit alongside each result. Keep clear what was measured and how it was assessed.

  • ATP and microbiology in one register
  • Limit and assessment for each result
  • Result history for trends and reporting

ATP measures biological residues; it is not a pathogen-specific test. Microbiological results retain their own methods and turnaround times.

Follow up deviations

From deviation to reviewed action.

Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) connect the result to the investigation, action and verification. A clear chain rather than disconnected notes.

  1. 01

    Record the deviation

  2. 02

    Document investigation and action

  3. 03

    Link the retest

  4. 04

    Review and close

Frequently asked questions

Does MCS Environmental run locally or in the cloud?

The application is installed locally. Core recording can be used offline; network connections may be required for email, external integrations or support. We discuss the requirements for your installation during the demo.

Which results can I manage?

MCS Environmental brings ATP and microbiological results together with sampling points, methods and limits. Each result retains its own unit and assessment. We agree on appropriate data entry and import options for your equipment and files.

Can existing results be transferred?

MCS can review import and migration options with you. Availability depends on your source file, system version and data structure.

Can I see the software first?
