Rapid detection of allergen residues on surfaces in under 45 seconds. Suitable for cleaning validation, cross-contamination prevention and HACCP audit documentation in the food industry. Specifically designed for food production where allergen control is legally required — detects 9 major allergens including shellfish, egg, fish, peanut, milk, sesame, soy, tree nuts and wheat.
Uses the dedicated AG channel of the novaLUM II-X for enhanced sensitivity. Patented thread design, pre-moistened swab with biofilm-breaking tip, recyclable components and metal-detectable foil seal. Store refrigerated for maximum shelf life; stable at room temperature for at least 1 week. Supports FSSC 22000, BRC and SQF audit documentation.
